Can you print our logo?
Please send vector artwork (AI, editable PDF or EPS) and Pantone references if required. Print scope and color matching are confirmed with proofs and samples.
Can you make custom sizes and constructions?
Custom options can be reviewed after receiving the intended use, size, paper selection, printing requirement and order quantity. Final manufacturing feasibility requires factory confirmation.
Can you match our existing sample?
We can review a sample’s structure, dimensions, grammage, print and performance target. Exact matching may not always be possible, so differences should be identified before approval.
Material and performance
Is PE-coated paper plastic-free or compostable?
No. PE is a plastic. Compostability and other disposal claims require separate, applicable supporting evidence for the complete construction.
Can your packaging hold hot or greasy foods?
Performance depends on the actual food, temperature, oil level, contact time, base paper and barrier treatment. Suitable samples should be tested with the intended application.
Are airsickness bags guaranteed leakproof?
No blanket guarantee is made. The final material, seams, volume, closure and test conditions must be defined and verified.

What is the MOQ?
Minimum quantities depend on the selected materials, bag format, printing and packing. Request a quotation for a specific product and quantity.
Can I order samples?
Discuss stock or customized samples with sales. Any sampling, printing-plate or courier charges must be confirmed in advance.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Product type, size, material, coating or performance requirements, artwork, quantity, end use, destination and requested Incoterm.
What is the lead time?
Lead times are confirmed in a formal quotation after specification and artwork review. Special materials and third-party tests can change the schedule.
