Paper coating and lamination

Base-paper and coating specifications are reviewed according to product use, moisture or grease exposure, converting equipment and buyer requirements. Final structures must be agreed and verified with samples.

Flexographic printing

Printing projects begin with approved artwork, color references, paper selection and a print proof. Ink suitability for food-contact applications and print-side orientation must be checked for each finished construction.

Slitting and bag making

Roll stock, cut sheets and converted paper bags can be discussed against dimensions, tolerances, seam construction, packaging and shipment requirements.

Factory review

Workshop photographs and relevant production documents can support qualification. Buyers may discuss factory audits, remote video assessments or pre-shipment inspections subject to arrangement.
