What our supplied documents cover
Third-party certificates and test reports can help with supplier qualification, but their scope matters. The following details reflect copies supplied in our company materials. They are not an independent verification of current certificate status or a blanket product approval.
FSC chain of custody
- Certificate reference
- RINA-COC-003492
- Documented products
- FSC Mix / FSC Recycled wrapping and packaging paper, sacks and bags within certificate scope
- Expiry stated on supplied copy
- 22 February 2029
FSC claims apply only to eligible products and transactions supported by the appropriate chain-of-custody records; not all Jinxiang products are automatically FSC certified.
Management-system certifications
- Quality management
- ISO 9001:2015
- Environmental management
- ISO 14001:2015
- Occupational health & safety
- ISO 45001:2018
- Expiry stated on supplied copies
- 11 August 2028
These are management-system certifications, not evidence that every paper bag or roll is individually certified or compliant for every market.
70 gsm white kraft PE-coated paper
- Report number
- JC/QG26069
- Report date
- 16 March 2026
- Sample
- Type I, 70 g/m² white kraft PE-coated paper for food packaging
- Reported conclusion
- Specified tested items complied with the listed GB 4806 requirements for this submitted sample
A single laboratory sample report does not establish performance or food-contact compliance for other paper constructions, inks, adhesives, manufacturing batches, or export jurisdictions.
How we handle compliance requests
- Confirm your destination and end use. Tell us food type, contact conditions, and applicable market.
- Match the required document to the product. We check the named product, supplier, applicable certificate and intended claim.
- Request a suitable test if needed. The production construction may require batch-specific or country-specific testing.
- Approve the commercial specification. Agree sample, documentation, tolerances and acceptance criteria before order placement.

Evidence summary based on buyer-supplied copies. Original certificate scans and validity verification should be reviewed before placing a claim on your purchase documents. No certificates are reproduced or modified on this page.
How should a purchasing team read a certificate?
A supplier certificate identifies a system, material, trading scope or chain-of-custody activity. It does not by itself prove that every finished bag, coating or printed paper product meets the buyer’s performance and destination-market requirements. Use the document copies above as starting points for a qualification discussion, not a substitute for verification.
Review the named entity, scope and current status
For the FSC Chain-of-Custody and ISO management-system documents, compare the certificate’s named company and site with the proposed supplier and production route. Examine covered activities, product categories and any relevant sales or shipment claims. The expiry date printed on a supplied copy is not an independent real-time check of its current status.
Read a material test report at sample level
The submitted 2026 report refers to a particular 70 g/m² white kraft PE-coated paper sample. Before applying any conclusion to your order, check the tested sample identity, test methods, contact conditions, applicable standards, date and any changes in paper, coating, inks, adhesives or manufacturing route. Requirements in your import market may differ from those identified in the sample report.
What should be defined in a finished-product acceptance plan?
Each product presents different risks. A loaded takeaway carrier may require a defined handle/load test; an airsickness bag may require a finished-bag containment and closure test; a coated paper roll may need a converting-equipment trial. These tests must be agreed with the supplier and are not represented as already passed by the supplied certificates.
- Record the intended use, sample or drawing revision, critical dimensions and tolerances.
- Define any relevant paper, coating, ink or adhesive evidence for the exact structure.
- Agree test methods, pass/fail limits, sampling plan and inspection responsibilities in writing.
- Identify the destination market and request documents matching its requirements.
- Preserve approved samples, traceability and revision control for repeat orders.
