Customization starts with your application
Paper bags and flexible sheets need different material properties depending on their contents, filling temperatures, handling conditions and destination markets.
1. Define your packaging
Share product category, dimensions, paper type, coating needs, intended food-contact or industrial use, filling conditions and quantity.
2. Prepare printing and structure
Provide artwork in an editable vector format and specify the required print colors. We can review paper shades, bag style, gusset, seams, printing surfaces and packaging format, subject to production confirmation.
3. Review samples
Before mass production, confirm the final sample dimensions, appearance and agreed performance tests. Claims such as liquid containment, grease resistance or microwave suitability require application-specific evidence.
4. Confirm commercial terms
Agree MOQ, lead time, sample costs, order packing, Incoterms, inspection and quality acceptance in the written quotation.
